A homeopath doctor shot at a man after an altercation over the latter urinating near his clinic Saturday. The man, Maheswar Routray, an employee of Central Electricity Supply Utility, was shifted to SCB Medical College and Hospital. His condition is stated to be stable.

DCP Satyabrata Bhoi said, “The victim was urinating near Pradhan’s clinic when the doctor had a fight with him. Later, he fired at Routray.” Police said the doctor has been arrested and his licensed pistol seized.
