Termination notices given to 2 women teachers for forcing girls to strip in school

The two women teachers,who allegedly forced two girls to strip in an examination hall on the suspicion of hiding copy material,have been given notice for termination of service.

The two women teachers,who allegedly forced two girls to strip in an examination hall on the suspicion of hiding copy material,have been given notice for termination of service.

Also,suspension notice has been served to deputy in-charge of the examination centre.

The incident had occurred at Government Middle School,Barahbada on March 15 during class 10th examination.

Preeti Sharma and Reshma Sonia,the two teachers,allegedly asked the two girls to strip,though boys were also present in the exam hall.

The District Education Officer (DEO) served the termination notice to the two teachers and suspension notice to the deputy in-charge of the centre J K Naihar,the sources said.

Also,police have registered a case against relevant sections SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocity) Act.
