The Union Council of Ministers is likely to hold its first meeting on August 28, sources said.
The agenda of the council meeting has not been finalised yet, they said.
The Union Cabinet had held its first meeting on June 10, a day after the oath-taking.
In March, before the Lok Sabha polls, PM Narendra Modi had chaired a meeting of his then Council of Ministers where the 100-day agenda for the new government was discussed.
