According to the complaint, filed by an SI at Roorkee police station, Kumar said video posted on January 29: “Dobhal ji, I had warned you earlier. I had told you before that you took wrongful action against me in Bhagwanpur. And now, I am warning you again. Do not take such actions. I want to tell the Haridwar administration – do not try to harass our people. You registered a case against me even though I was not guilty. You arrested me under sections where you had no right to do so. But if, despite my cooperation, you continue to harass me, then it won’t be good. I am telling the administration again – we are fighters, we do not bow down, we will not bow our heads.”
