With the consecration ceremony of the Ram Mandir scheduled on Monday (January 22), Ayodhya is all geared up for an eventful day ahead.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will reach the temple town on Monday morning, and kick off the Pran Pratishtha rituals at 12.05 pm.
📌 10:25 am: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will arrive at the Ayodhya airport, and then board a helicopter to reach the event venue
📌 10:55 am: Narendra Modi will reach Shri Ram Janmabhoomi
📌 11:00 am to 12:00 pm: Reserved. (The PM may take a tour of the temple premises during this time)
📌 12:05 pm to 12:55 pm: Pran Pratishtha rituals will take place
📌 12:55 pm: PM Modi will leavethe consecration ceremony venue
📌 1:00 pm: PM Modi will arrive at the public function venue
📌 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm: A public function will take place in Ayodhya
📌 2:10 pm: PM Modi will go for a Darshan of Kuber Tila.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and RSS Sarsanghchalak Mohan Bhagwat are expected to address the temple’s inauguration function.
The consecration ceremony of the idol of Lord Ram is set to witness the participation of about 8,000 invitees, including 1,500-1,600 “eminent” guests.
The live screening of the inauguration of the Rs 1,200-crore Ram temple will be held between 11 am and 1 pm on January 22. The entire ceremony will be broadcast live on DD News. The international audience can watch the ceremony on the YouTube channel of Doordarshan National.
Leading up to the programme, PM Modi, who had started an 11-day ritual on January 12, has visited several temples with some connection to Lord Ram during his official visits to states. In the past week, the PM has visited different states to unveil developmental projects or to carry out party activities, but the messaging has been linked to Lord Ram.
