Aryan Khan vs Sameer Wankhede: The Delhi High Court has issued summons and notices to Netflix, Red Chillies Entertainment, and others in a defamation suit. The defamation suit was filed by former Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) Mumbai zonal director and IRS officer Sameer Wankhede against Aryan Khan’s show Ba****ds of Bollywood.
The high court has asked the respondents to file their replies to the interim injunction application within seven days.
