TNPSC Group 4 Results 2025: The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) has not yet announced the results of the Group 4 recruitment examination for 2025. Once the results are declared, candidates who appeared for the exam will be able to access and download them from the official website, tnpsc.gov.in. The preliminary examination for Group 4 services was held on July 12.
The Group 4 recruitment process aims to fill a total of 3,935 vacancies across various roles such as Village Administrative Officer, Junior Assistant, and Typist. As this is a single-stage examination, final appointments will be determined solely by the marks secured in this written test. Here are the steps students can use to download the results once announced.
Step 1: Go to the official TNPSC website: tnpsc.gov.in
Step 2: Navigate to the ‘Exam Dashboard’ section on the homepage, then select ‘Group IV Services’.
Step 3: Click on the result link provided.
Step 4: Log in using your application number and date of birth.
Step 5: Your result will appear on the screen.
Step 6: Download and print a copy of the TNPSC scorecard
The commission has already released the TNPSC Group 4 tentative answer key on July 21. Candidates were given until July 28 to challenge the provisional answer key online through tnpsc.gov.in. The TNPSC Group 4 final answer keys will be published only after the completion of the entire selection process.
The exam held on July 21 was a written test which comprised 200 questions, conducted over a duration of three hours. The paper was divided into three sections: Part A featured 100 questions focused on the Tamil Eligibility-cum-Scoring Test, Part B included 75 questions covering General Studies, and Part C consisted of 25 questions assessing Aptitude and Mental Ability.
Meanwhile, The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) had declared the Group 1 Preliminary Examination Results 2025. The preliminary examination was conducted on June 15, 2025, across 38 district centres and 6 taluk centres. Out of 2,42,829 candidates who registered, 1,81,422 appeared for the test. As per the Commission’s notice, following the stipulated rules, a total of 1,843 candidates have been shortlisted for the Main exam round.
