In the event of a tie, where two or more candidates have the same normalised CET score, the CET Cell follows a tie-breaking policy to determine rank. First preference is given to candidates with higher marks in their Class 12 examinations.

If the tie persists, those who appeared for the first language examination under the Marathi board will be prioritised. For candidates from CBSE or ICSE boards, the marks from their best five subjects will be considered.

The MH CET 5-year LLB counselling process involves three rounds, with an additional round for the All India Candidature and State-level (ACAP) candidates, which is conducted at the institute level. Candidates are advised to keep a close watch on the official website for updates on the admission process and any further instructions from the CET Cell.
