Parvathipuram Manyam has emerged as the highest performing district with a  pass percentage of 96.37 per cent

For SSC exam 2024, the top three subjects with the highest passing percentage are language subjects, whereas the lowest passing percentage has been obtained by general studies, which is 91.29 per cent.

This year, the second language exam achieved a 99.24 per cent passing rate. A total of 613,684 students appeared for the exam, and 609,045 passed, making it the subject with the highest pass percentage in the SSC exam this year.

Followed by a third language subject exam, which has a passing percentage of 98.52 per cent, with 614164 students appearing in the exam out of which 605078 passed the exam.

Lastly, the first position is secured by a First language subject, with a passing percentage of 96.47 per cent, in which a total of 614819 appeared for the exam out of which 593086 passed the exam.

After the Andhra Pradesh Commissioner of School Education, S Suresh Kumar announced the result in a press conference at the Grand Central Hall of Taj Vivanta (Gateway), Vijayawada, the SSC result link is available at the official BSEAP website — results.bse.ap.gov.in. 

Management-wise, schools are divided into those securing 0 per cent and 100 per cent passes:

This year, 2803 schools secured 100 per cent passes, while 17 schools recorded a zero percentage.

Private school management achieved the highest number of schools securing 100 per cent pass rates. However, it also has the most schools with zero pass rates, with a total of 13 schools .

Schools managed by Zilla Parishad have a total of 436 schools securing a 100 per cent passing percentage, making it the second-highest in terms of schools with a 100 per cent  pass rate.

The third-highest number of schools securing a second position is under KGBV management, with a total of 75 schools achieving a 100 per cent  pass rate.

Srikakulam emerged as the district that has the most candidates obtaining first division 23,157, followed by 2774 candidates securing second division and 902 students getting under the category of third division. In Srikakulam district a total of 26833 candidates passed the exam, which is the highest number of candidates passing the exam among all districts.

Anantapuramu has the highest number of candidates securing second division and third division, that is 4,100 students and 2,471 students respectively. A total of 25,003  students passed in the exam from this district.

Then, you'll be prompted to enter your credentials, including your roll number and date of birth. Once entered, proceed to view and download your result for future reference.

Among Telugu medium students, 161,881 candidates appeared, out of which 115,060 passed, resulting in a pass percentage of 71.08%. In the English medium, a total of 450,304 candidates appeared, with 415,743 passing, yielding a significantly higher pass percentage of 92.32%.

In Hindi medium, all 12 candidates passed, achieving a perfect 100% pass rate. Similarly, Urdu medium saw 2,616 candidates, with 2,300 passing at a pass percentage of 87.92%.

However, the performance was lower in Kannada medium, with 658 candidates appearing and 374 passing, resulting in a pass percentage of 56.84%.

For Tamil medium candidates, 260 candidates achieved a pass percentage of 94.62%, while in Odia medium, 884 candidates achieved a pass percentage of 94.91%. Overall, out of the total 616,615 candidates who appeared for the exams, 534,574 candidates passed across various mediums.

The Memorandum of Subject-wise Performance will be hosted on the Official Website “www.bse.ap.gov.in” within four (4) days after the publication of Results to facilitate candidates’ admission into First Year Intermediate Courses without any difficulty

If candidates are not satisfied with their results, they can apply for re-valuation on the Andhra Pradesh Board official website. Candidates can apply for re-counting and re-verification of answer scripts in the online application from 10 am on April 23 till 11 pm of April 30.

A total of 3,02,005 girls appeared in the exam, out of which 2,69,307 passed, securing an overall pass percentage of 89.17 percent.
Meanwhile, 3,14,610 boys appeared in the exam, with 2,65,267 passing, obtaining an overall pass percentage of 84.32 percent

Out of 3,17,960 boys registered for the exam, 3,14,610 appeared, while 3,05,168 girls registered, and 3,02,005 appeared. The total number of students who appeared for the exam is 6,16,615. The percentage of attendance in the total regular category is 98.95 per cent

Among the schools, 2,803 achieved a 100% pass rate, while only 17 schools reported a 0% pass rate. Among the various types of management schools, AP residential schools and AP BC Welfare schools secured the highest pass percentage of 98.43%.

Today, Commissioner Suresh Kumar of the Directorate of Government Examinations announced the results for the AP SSC Public Exams held in March 2024. These exams took place from March 18 to 30, with spot evaluation conducted from April 1 to 8 across 26 district centers.

This time, the AP Residential Schools and BC Residential Schools have achieved the highest pass percentage with 98.43%

The students who have not been able to achieve a passing grade will be given another chance to reappear in supplementary exams, says AP Education Commissioner Suresh Kumar.

A total of 2803 schools have scored 100% pass percentage and 17 schools have 0% pass percentage.

This year, a total of 616615 students appeared out of the 6.54 lakh registered candidates. A total of 534574 students have passed the exams.

This year, the overall pass percentage for class 10 results is 86.69%. The percentage has improved from last year when it was 72.26%, and also from 2022 when it was 64.02%.

The overall pass percentage for class 10 results is 86.69 per cent. Girls have outperformed boys by scoring 4.85 higher than boys. This time, boys scored 84.32 per cent and girls scored 89.17 per cent.

Like last year, this time too the Andhra Pradesh education board did not announce the names of toppers.It remains uncertain whether BSEAP will release a list of toppers this year. In 2022 too, the AP Board opted not to disclose any toppers. An official notice stated, "...All the school managements are prohibited to declare/advertise ranks for SSC Public Examinations in any form at any level to protect the interest of students and parents."

Here's how BSEAP calculates the grades against the marks of students:

91-100 marks = A1 grade

81-90 marks = A2 grade

71-80 marks = B1 grade

61-70 marks = B2 grade

51-60 marks = C1 grade

41-50 marks = C2 grade

35-40 marks = D grade

The BSEAP will upload the exam results after the result is announced in a press conference at 11 am. Students should download this and print for provisional mark sheets.

Final mark sheets will later be accessible at students' schools. Additionally, a separate school log-in on the bse.ap.gov.in or bseap.org website will enable the downloading of school-related documents, with activation scheduled for 11 am, as per the official notice.

In order to pass the AP SSC Board exams of 2023, students should attain a minimum of 35 marks in each subject.

In 2023, the AP supplementary exam started from June 2 and ended on June 10.

Candidates who do not qualify the AP SSC Class 10 board exams will be provided with an additional opportunity to appear in the supplementary exams. The dates for these supplementary exams will be announced by the state education minister during today's press conference.

The pass percentage of AP SSC has been declining as compared to pre-pandemic days. The overall pass percentage used to be above 90 per cent till 2019. While it was 100 per cent in 2020 and 2021, it was simply because all students were promoted due to the Covid pandemic.

In the AP SSC exams of 2023, a total of 664152 students were registered, with 609081 students appearing for the exams. Among them, 437196 students successfully passed, resulting in an overall pass percentage of 72.26 per cent. Notably, girls achieved a higher pass percentage at 75.38 per cent compared to boys, who had a pass percentage of 69.27 per cent.

The students who fail to achieve their desired results will be able to apply for verification or rechecking of answer sheet. The registration and exam dates for this will be announced after the result announcement.

In the AP SSC 2023 exams, English medium students outperformed their Telugu medium counterparts. Out of a total of 4,32,641 students who appeared for the exams, 3,49,673 students passed, resulting in a pass percentage of 80.82 per cent. However, in the Telugu medium, 1,68,107 students appeared for the exams, with 84,047 students passing, resulting in a passing percentage of 50 per cent.

In the 2023 AP SSC Results, Parvathapuram emerged as the top performing district with an impressive pass percentage of 87.47 per cent, followed closely by Srikakulam at 84.53 per cent.

Vishakhapatnam secured the third position with 82.68 per cent, while YSR and Anakkapalli districts achieved pass percentages of 79.43 per cent and 77.74 per cent respectively.

In 2023, the AP SSC Results revealed that 3,31,646 students achieved a first division, while 73,559 students earned a second division, and 31,991 students secured a third division.

Last year, of the total 6,52,000 students appearing for the AP board SSC exams, as many as 6,09,881 students passed the exam. The overall pass percentage last year was 72.26 per cent. Last year, the exam was conducted on April 3 to April 18.

The AP supplementary exam date and details on application will be announced during the release of the SSC Class 10 results today.

The Andhra Pradesh board will conduct Class 10 supplementary exams for those students who want to improve their marks. The details of AP supplementary exams will be announced during the declaration of AP SSC results today.

According to the official release issued by the Government of Andhra Pradesh, Directorate of Government Examinations on April 20, the AP SSC public examinations March 2024 results will be hosted on the official website results.bse.ap.gov.in. Students will require their roll codes to check and download the AP SSC marks memo.

For the visually impaired students, the AP board this year provided audio question papers. Saying ath the southern state is the first in the country to do so on a pilot basis, Praveen Prakash, principal secretary of the School Education department, said 12 specially-abled students availed the facility this year.

According to S Suresh Kumar, Commissioner of the School Education department, as many as 6.54 lakh students were registered in the Class 10 exams this year. The AP SSC board examinations were conducted in 3,473 exam centres and as many as 30,234 examination rooms were made available to accommodate the students registered for the board exams. 

The AP board Class 10 exams were conducted between March 8 and 30. The result due to be declared today will be announced within 23 days of the completion of the exam.
