– Calculus: Both integral and differential calculus are crucial. They form a sizable portion of the exam and have practical applications.
– Algebra: All the three-algebra, complex numbers, matrices, and determinants-keep coming quite frequently. Complete previous papers on the same.
– Coordinate Geometry: Circle, parabola, and ellipse are relatively easy and scoring. 3D geometry, vectors are high-yield and have a question like recurring pattern.
– Statistics and probability are often considered to be difficult topics, but they can become easier to grasp with constant practice.

– The periodic table and coordination in inorganic chemistry score regions are compounds. Learn the properties and trends in a methodical manner.
– General Organic Chemistry (GOC), isomerism and name reactions are essential concepts in organic chemistry. Take summary notes so you can quickly review them.
1. Physics
– Electrodynamics: Current Electricity and electrostatics are mastered topics, and they come a lot in the paper, so it is usually scoring.
– Mechanics: Laws of motion, work, energy and power form the base and carry the most weightage. Go through concepts and solve numerical.
– Modern Physics: This is a high-yield section, which includes the photoelectric effect, atomic structure etc. Mostly simple questions.
– Thermodynamics: It falls under chemistry so is an excellent topic to cover. The law and the practical application will do.

Based on the experiences of past students, here are some strategies to make the most of the final month:
Create a Realistic Timetable: Allocate specific time slots for board and JEE preparation. Stick to your schedule to ensure you cover both syllabi effectively.
Leverage Overlap: Focus on overlapping subjects like Physics, Chemistry, and Math. Strong preparation in these areas will benefit both exams.
Take Mock Tests: Regularly attempt mock tests for JEE and practice writing answers for board exams. This will help you manage time better and reduce exam-day anxiety.
Revise, Don’t Cram: Prioritise revision over learning new topics. Make concise notes for quick reference and focus on key concepts and formulas.
Practice Writing: For board exams, practice writing long-form answers to improve speed and clarity. Pay attention to neatness and presentation.
Stay Healthy: Don’t compromise on sleep, nutrition, or physical activity. A well-rested mind performs better under pressure.

– Time is limited; manage it wisely: Do not get fixated on a single challenging question. Prioritize questions you are confident about and stick to a time plan for each section.
– Read the exam guidelines carefully: Read all the instructions carefully and avoid mistakes like misfiling OMR sheets or skipping sections.
– Avoid overthinking: Trust your first instinct unless you’re sure there’s a mistake. If you’re stuck, move on and return to the question later if time allows.
– Stay calm and don’t panic: Don’t panic. Stay calm and focused. Drink water to remain hydrated.
