JEE Advanced 2023: IIT Delhi to host open house for qualified female, PwD candidates

The open house will be held in hybrid mode. It is being organised by Initiative for Gender Equity and Sensitisation (IGES) and Office of Accessible Education (OAE) at IIT Delhi. It promotes diversity and gender equity.

JEE Advanced 2023: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi will organise an open house on June 24 for female and persons with disabilities candidates who have qualified Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced 2023. The open house will begin at 9 am.

The one-day event will have interactive sessions and the qualified candidates will get an opportunity to interact with deans, faculty members and student volunteers representing various academic departments to understand the academic and career prospects in various disciplines. They will also get to interact with current students and know more about the first-hand experiences of life at the campus, extracurricular activities and more.

Qualified candidates will also learn about various scholarships, fellowships and other resources at IIT Delhi which can support a student’s academic journey. They will also get a tour of the institute where they can explore campus facilities— library, hostels, eateries and more.

The open house will be held in hybrid mode. It is being organised by Initiative for Gender Equity and Sensitisation (IGES) and Office of Accessible Education (OAE) at IIT Delhi. It promotes diversity and gender equity.

Recently, IIT Kanpur and IIT Patna also hosted open houses for qualified candidates. Both of them were held on June 20.
