Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Raipur has announced its upcoming Management Development Programs (MDPs) for October and November 2025. The programme is for professionals to understand a wide range of programmes, beginning with Financial Risk Management and Decoding Organisational Politics in October.
As mentioned in the press release, these programmes aim to strengthen managerial capabilities in areas such as finance, risk management, human resources, and organisational behaviour. Continuing into November, the institute will conduct programmes on Corporate Communication, Strategic Thinking, and Franchising for Business Growth, further enhancing competencies in communication, leadership, negotiation, and strategic management.
These 6 programmes, led by IIM Raipur’s faculty, are designed to address challenges in finance, human resources, strategy, and communications.
In October 2025, under the Finance and Accounting domain, a programme on Financial Risk Management will be conducted by Dr Pranith Kumar Roy from 21 to 23 October, spanning three days.
Moving to November 2025, several programmes are lined up across multiple fields. In the Communications area, Dr Archana Parashar and Dr Mrunal Chavda will lead a four-day programme on Corporate Communication from 1 to 4 November.
Under Strategic Management, Dr Satyasiba Das will conduct a three-day session on Strategic Thinking from 16 to 18 November, followed by Dr Sandeep S. leading another three-day programme on Franchising for Business Growth from 21 to 23 November.
In the HRM & OB category, two programmes are scheduled simultaneously from 22 to 24 November—HR Analytics by Dr Ritu Gupta and Decoding Organisational Politics by Dr Damini Saini.
The course aims to integrate conceptual frameworks, case-based learning, hands-on exercises, and practical applications, enabling participants to apply their learning directly to professional contexts.
