Goa Board 10th Result 2024: The Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (GBSHSE) has announced the results. The Goa board SSC results are available at the official websites — gbshse.in.
This year the pass percentage is 92.38 per cent with girls performing better than boys. This year, out of the total 9,318 boys, 8,556 boys passed, securing 91.82 per cent. Out of the total of 9,596 girls, 8,918 girls passed the examination, securing 92.93 per cent.
This year’s SSC exam commences on April 1 and concludes on April 24, in a single term. Unlike previous years, when the exam was conducted in two terms, the first in November and the second in April. A total of 19,557 students appeared for the SSC exams, out of which 9,743 were boys and 9,814 were girls. A total of 242 students were repeaters and 385 were private students.
Candidates can check their individual scores by visiting the official Goa board website — gbshse.in. Students are required to enter their registration number, date of birth and email id to check their results.
Candidates can check their respective result by selecting the result tab on the home page, after that select the link available for Goa Board SSC results 2024. Then login using the necessary credentials such as – date of birth (DOB), registration number and email id. Candidates are advised to download and save a copy of the result or get it printout for future references.
The Class 10 marksheet obtained online, contain the marks scored by students in different subjects. Students must take notice that the scorecard will be provisional, hence, the students are required to collect the original mark sheet from their schools.
Last year, the final results for GBSHSE SSC exam were declared on May 20, 2023. Girls continued the trend by outscoring boys, but in 2023 with a small margin. They achieved a pass rate of 96.92 per cent, while boys scored 96.37 per cent. A total of 9,887 female students appeared for the exam, of whom 9,582 passed. Similarly, 10,071 male students appeared, and 9,706 passed.
