A comparison with neighbours Pakistan and China
— Go through the syllabus carefully. Write down all the topics in detail to avoid any kind of confusion later.
— SWOT analysis: Having understood the syllabus, try to do a SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) analysis so that you can figure out the grey areas where you need to put more effort.
— Books and study notes: Make a list of books and notes that can fulfil your requirement. Don’t forget to include NCERT in this list, since that is the main foundation of this exam.
— Take guidance from a tutor/ teacher: Once you figure out your weak areas, you should seek help from an experienced tutor to understand the proper techniques to attempt the paper.
— Attempt mock tests: Since the test is not usual for a Class 12 student, one should try and attempt as many mock tests as possible. This gives you an understanding about the pattern of the paper and helps in maintaining the speed of the test which is crucial.
