CBSE today announced the Class 12 board exam results 2023, the overall pass percentage stood at 87.33 per cent. A total 16,80,256 students registered for the exam (full subjects) out of which 16,60,511 appeared for the exams and 14,50,174 cleared the exam. The re-verification process will begin on May 16 and the compartment exams will be conducted in July.
This year the pass percentage stood at 87.33 per cent, a dip of 5.38 per cent from previous year’s 92.71 per cent. This year, the exams were conducted in single exam mode.
