ICAI CA May 2024 Exam Schedule Updates: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) on March 19 announced the revised schedule for the CA May exams. The new schedule is now available at the official website — icai.org.
The decision to revise the exam timetable was taken after the Election Commission on Saturday announced the schedule of Election to the 18th Lok Sabha in April – June 2024. With this in mind, the ICAI will release a revised schedule of May 2024 examinations. However, many students and parents are unhappy with the decision as the CA exam will clash with the ICMAI exam.

As per the official calendar released earlier, the foundation course exam will be conducted on June 20, 22, 24 and 26. The intermediate group 1 exams will be conducted on May 3, 5 and 7, and the group 2 will be held on May 9, 11 and 13. The final exam will be held on May 2, 4 and 6 for group 1, and the group 2 exam will be conducted on May 8, 10 and 12.

ICAI CA May Exams 2024 Updates: This time, the May / June 2024 examinations will also be held at eight overseas examination centres, namely Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Thimpu (Bhutan), Doha, Dubai, Kathmandu (Nepal), Kuwait and Muscat. The exam commencement timing at Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Muscat centres will be 12:30 pm i.e., Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Muscat local time corresponding / equivalent to 2 pm (IST). The examination commencement timing at Bahrain, Doha, and Kuwait Centre will be 11:30 am i.e., Bahrain / Doha / Kuwait local time corresponding / equivalent to 2 pm (IST).
