Bihar Board 10th 12th Result Topper: The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) will declare the matric (Class 10) results on March 31. Once released, the scorecards will be released at the official websites — biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in, onlinebseb.in, biharboardonline.com.
Usually, the top ranks of intermediate and matric levels are dominated by girls, but several boys have carved their spot in the hall of fame of Bihar Board for matric results. Meet toppers of previous years:

In 2023, Class 12 results, the overall pass percentage was 83.70 per cent, which was an increase of 3.70 per cent from last year’s 80 per cent. Also, girls performed better than boys.
For class 10, the overall pass percentage of the Bihar Board was 81.04 per cent. A total of 16,10,657 students had appeared in the BSEB matric exams. There were a total of 21 students who had achieved the top 5 ranks, out of which 10 were girl students.

In 2022, the overall pass percentage of BSEB class 12 improved to 80.15 per cent. The pass percentage of girls was 83.39 per cent, while for boys was 78.04 per cent.
For class 10 results, a total of eight students had ranked in the first five positions and a total of 6,08,868 girls passed the exam. The overall passing percentage was 79.88 per cent.

In 2021, the pass percentage in BSEB intermediate exam was 78.04 per cent this year, a drop from 80.44 per cent in 2020. The pass percentage also dropped stream wise, in the commerce stream, it dropped from 93.26 per cent to 91.48 per cent in 2021; in the arts stream, the pass percentage dropped from 81.44 per cent to 77.97 per cent, while in the science stream, it was a marginal dip from 77.39 per cent to 76.2 per cent.
For class 10 results, the overall pass percentage in the matric exam was recorded at 78.17 per cent. A total of 12.93 lakh (12,93,054) students cleared the matric exam, out of 16.54 lakh (16,54,171) students appeared.

In 2020 intermediate exam, a marginal rise was observed in the pass percentage as compared to the previous year. A total of 80.44 per cent class 12 students passed, as compared to 79.76 per cent in 2020.
For class 10 exams, out of the 14,94,071 students who appeared for the matric exam, 12,04,030 passed. The pass percentage was 80.59. The pass percentage of girls was lower than that of boys, which was in contrast with the usual trend.
