The body of a 14-year-old boy was found hanging at his residence in Panchnath colony in Kalewadi Wednesday afternoon. The police have identified the deceased as Amay Rajesh Khopkar and suspect that he committed suicide.
No suicide note has been found and hence a probe is on to confirm the cause of death. The police said his parents had gone for work and his sister was at school. The incident came to light when his sister returned from school and saw his body hanging. She informed the neighbours and soon the cops and other family members were informed. The Sangvi police are investigating the case.
