In the latest video the Mumbai Police uploaded onto its Twitter handle on Monday, a schoolgirl is shown switching places with a policeman for a day.
Produced in association with the NGO Akanksha Foundation, the two-minute video shows student Ria walking into N M Joshi police station and trading places for a day with senior inspector Ahmad Pathan.
While Ria handles the police station for the day, Pathan goes to her classroom and teaches poetry to students.
Ria takes attendance of personnel during the morning parade while Pathan takes attendance in the classroom.
Pathan, who said the film was shot in a very short span of time, added, “After the interaction with the children, I found that their standard of education was very high. I found them very confident. I found them very knowledgeable.”
