After the post-mortem report suggested that she died of ‘unnatural causes’, the police have registered a case of murder.

The body of a woman was found two nautical miles off the sea in the Navy Nagar area in south Mumbai on Wednesday. Police said the woman, who appears to be in her mid-30’s, has not yet been identified. After the post-mortem report suggested that she died of ‘unnatural causes’, the police have registered a case of murder. An officer said the partly decomposed body, clad in jeans and T-shirt, was found rolled up in a bundle of clothes near the INHS Ashwini.
