Maharashtra: Eight IAS officers transferred in reshuffle

Naval Kishor Ram, a 2008-batch IAS officer, has been appointed as the new municipal commissioner of the Pune Municipal Corporation. He replaces Rajendra Bhosale.

Among other key postings, Sheetal Teli-Ugale (2009 batch) has been appointed commissioner, Sports and Youth, Pune. J S Papalkar (2010 batch), currently serving as Collector, Dhule, has been posted as Divisional Commissioner, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar Division.

In a bureaucratic reshuffle, the Maharashtra government on Wednesday transferred eight IAS officers across the state, including those holding senior positions in Pune, Mumbai and Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar.

Naval Kishor Ram, a 2008-batch IAS officer, has been appointed as the new municipal commissioner of the Pune Municipal Corporation. He replaces Rajendra Bhosale.

Among other key postings, Sheetal Teli-Ugale (2009 batch) has been appointed commissioner, Sports and Youth, Pune. J S Papalkar (2010 batch), currently serving as Collector, Dhule, has been posted as Divisional Commissioner, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar Division.

C K Dange (2010 batch) has been posted as Joint Secretary to the Chief Secretary, General Administration Department, at Mantralaya.

Saurabh Katiyar (2016 batch), who was Collector of Amravati, will now take charge as Collector, Mumbai Suburban District.

Bhagyashree Vispute (2017 batch), currently with CIDCO at Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, has been posted as Collector, Dhule.

Anand Bhandari (2017 batch) has been named Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Ahilyanagar, while Ashish Yerekar (2018 batch) will replace Katiyar as the new Collector of Amravati.
