Maharashtra ATS arrests six with firearms

The six —Shahadat Hussain, Aslam Khan, Nadeem Ansari, Rizwan Lateef, Naushad Anwar and Adil Khan —were arrested, and later handed over to Kasturba Marg police station for investigation.

Maharashtra Anti Terrorism Squad on Sunday raided a guest house in Borivali and arrested six persons with firearms. The officials said the six have a history of crime and had gathered in a guest house to plan a dacoity.

Police officials said the raid was conducted at Ellora guest house after they received information that six persons
had been staying there for the past two days. During searches, officials recovered a foreign made pistol, Indian made pistol, four magazines and 29 rounds of bullets from them.
