After a woman, 40, killed herself, her former colleague has been booked in an abetment to suicide case, police said. The woman, who worked as a dietician in a government hospital in Parel, was allegedly upset over a false promise of marriage by the man, her family said. During the investigation, the police learned the accused was already married. He allegedly promised to marry the woman and showed her fake divorce papers.
