PTU youth fest: Artistes take centre stage on day 2

As many as 24 teams from all the four zones of Punjab took part on day two of the Punjab Technical University Inter-Zonal Youth Festival on Monday.

As many as 24 teams from all the four zones of Punjab took part on day two of the Punjab Technical University Inter-Zonal Youth Festival on Monday.

The main attractions were group song (western),classical vocal (solo),skit,one-act play,quiz,clay modelling and collage making.

The chief guest for the prize distribution function for the second day was Dr M S Grewal,director,Baba Banda Singh Bahadur Engineering College,Fatehgarh Sahib.

Emphasising the importance of participation in youth festivals,he said that guarding heritage and Punjabi culture were the main objectives of such festivals.

Dr S M Kant,observer,PTU Inter-Zonal Youth Festival,praised the participants for their active participation.
