A gang of six robbers,includes a business graduate,was busted by CIA staff zone-1 on Sunday.

The accused have been identified as Khushpreet Singh alias Happy Baba of Ranjit Nagar in New Janta Nagar,Mohneet alias Jagga of New Janta Nagar,Jagjit Singh alias Jeeta of Alamgir village,Gurbir Singh alias Golu of Aasi Kalan,Kamaldeep Singh of Waheguru road of New Janta Nagar,and Deepak Kumar alias Vicky of Mandi Ahmadgarh,all aged between 25 and 28.

Kamaldeep Singh possesses a bachelors degree in business administration.

ADCP (city-3) Joginder Singh said the police raided Lodhi Park where the accused were sitting and hatching a conspiracy to execute a robbery. The accused confessed that they had been involved in around six incidents of snatching and loot. All have been confirmed as drug addicts.
