Gurdeep Kaur,a resident of Preet Nagar and two times ex-councillor of Dugri as an Independent and who fought on the Congress ticket in the last elections,on Sunday accused former SAD minister Hira Singh Gabaria of hatching a plot to kill him.
On Saturday,three women and a turbaned man came in Swift car and honked outside my home. When I along with my son came out,four of them entered in my home and started abusing and beating me and three children, Kaur said.
Kaur added that the police were immediately informed and they arrested the accused from her home but later released them. All this is being done with support of SAD minister Hira Singh Gabaria as he wants to kill me and my three children, she alleged.
Dugri police on Saturday registered cases against Prithpal Kaur alias Preeti,Ranjit Kaur,an unidentified woman and an unidentified turbaned man under sections 452,323,506,149 of the IPC and sections 38 and 76 of the Motor Vehicle Act. ASI Jagtar Singh said,We are trying to arrest all four accused.
