Pune techie held for raping domestic help

Senior inspector Saifan Mujavar said,“On April 26,Yadav raped her when his wife was not at home. She narrated the incident to some women in the residential society. On the night of April 29 ,he went to her house and raped her again and threatened her with dire consequences. After the incident,she stopped coming to work.”

“She then got in touch with the some women’s rights organisation and they have helped her register the complaint. We conducted inquiries in the residential society. Women confirmed the victim had told them about what the accused had done.”

“We have also come to know that he tried to trouble some other women working as domestic help in the past. After verifying these facts we arrested Yadav,” Mujavar added.
