Police conducts searches inside DPS Jammu after threat call to blow up building

No explosive material was found during the searches.

The call turned out to be a hoax.

The Jammu and Kashmir Police on Wednesday conducted searches within the premises of the Delhi Public School, Jammu after a school teacher claimed to have received a threatening call to blow up the institution.

Contingents of police, along with the bomb disposal squad, immediately reached the spot and started searches, as students remained inside the school premises. The call, however, turned out to be a hoax.
