The Bunny and the Egg

It’s all about the egg at Smoke House Deli. The egg-citement will continue the whole month. The deli chain has a range of dishes from Mommy Style Akuri with Fried Bread & Tangy Tomato Salsa Greek Style Baked Eggs, Truffled Ramen with Poached Eggs and the Straw Potato Florentine with creamed spinach. Things get hotter with Curry Benedict, their desi-pop version of the snooty English egg, and the favourite that is the SHD Lamb and Egg Bake with yellow chilli pilaf.

Springis in the air, flowers are in bloom, and the Easter bunny is on his way to Monkey Bar. The gastropub is offering an all-day brunch menu with dishes ranging from the Railway Masala Omelette that packs in a punch, to the indulgent and creamy Eggs Benedict or Florentine (if you like your spinach) to the wholesome Eggs in a Blanket paired with Steak Galouti, Mutton Kheema or Coorg Pork Curry. From 9 am onwards on April 5 at Monkey Bar outlets in Connaught Place and Vasant Kunj. Prices are a la carte.
