The Delhi Metro will,on Tuesday,introduce a collection of Photographs of Delhi Metro,with images in a set of postcard-format pictures,a spokesperson said on Sunday.
Since the opening of the Metro Museum in January 2009,a lot of requests were being received from visitors for photos of the Metros train and the beautiful surroundings of the Metro stations, DMRC spokesman Anuj Dayal said.
The Metro had re-introduced the all-time favourite games of Snake & Ladder and Ludo for young commuters of the Delhi Metro in March.
The new photo collection comes in a set of 10 high-quality picture postcards showing the Delhi Metro.
These photographs also have space on the back to write messages,so that it can also be sent to near and dear ones simply by fixing adequate postage stamp(s) on the provided space, Dayal said.
These photographs will be available from Tuesday at Rs 90 for a set of 10 photographs. The photos can also be purchased in loose form at the rate of Rs 9 per photograph,he said.
The Metro Museum,since its inception,is selling various souvenirs like Metro toy trains,Metro key chains,snake-and-ladder and Ludo games.
