New qualifying criteria for reserved categories in SOL

Delhi University’s School of Open learning has announced new eligibility criteria for SC,ST,OBC and physically handicapped candidates seeking admission to BA,B Com,BA English (Hons) and B Com (Hons) programmes.

Delhi University’s School of Open learning has announced new eligibility criteria for SC,ST,OBC and physically handicapped candidates seeking admission to BA,B Com,BA English (Hons) and B Com (Hons) programmes. The new eligibility criteria came into effect on September 23.

Students with 36.5 per cent marks in their qualifying exam will be eligible for admission to BA/B Com courses in the OBC quota.

For BA English (Hons) and B Com (Hons) courses,the eligibility criterion for OBC students will be 40.5 per cent.

SC/ST and physically handicapped students will now be eligible for admission to these courses if they have scored the minimum pass marks in qualifying exams.

Admissions close on September 30.
