In a project similar to the Moti Bagh government quarters, the government flats in East Kidwai Nagar will be transformed into multi-storey residential towers equipped with modern amenities at a cost of Rs 4,264 crore.

The National Buildings Construction Corporation Limited signed a memorandum of understanding with Ministry of Urban Development,on Tuesday, for redevelopment of this housing complex. “Residential and commercial space will be developed on 86 acres according to the MoU,” an NBCC spokesperson said.
