Gujarat education society organises performance by Gandharva Choir in Delhi

A performance by the Gandharva Choir at Sardar Patel Vidyalaya in Delhi was organised by the Gujarat Education Society on Saturday.

The choir — led by Pandit Madhup Mudgal, a disciple of Kumar Gandharva — performed a diverse repository, spanning classical, folk and contemporary genres.

The alumni of the 1973 and 1981 batches — who have provided the Vidyalaya with a sound system — were also felicitated during the event.

The Society also invited faculty, administrative staff and old teachers of the Vidyalaya, to celebrate their shared history through the musical event.
