The interrogation of convicted TADA accused Avtar Singh, also the brother of Paramjeet Singh (accused in former Punjab CM Beant Singh’s assassination), by Delhi Police has revealed that Singh had been arrested by the Crime Branch last week, but was let off after he allegedly paid money to three policemen.
