Bakery owner found dead in Sultanpuri

A 26-year-old woman was raped in Noida on Sunday night,police said. The woman told police that the accused picked her up from Sector 40 on the pretext of helping her get a job. “When she agreed,he made her sit in the car and drove off to a lonely spot,where he allegedly raped her,” a senior police officer said. The woman was sent for a medical examination.

Nigerian held for drug peddling

A Nigerian national has been arrested by the Crime Branch on the charge of drug peddling. Police recovered around 37 grams of cocaine,worth Rs 30 lakh from Ifeanya Alexender. Additional CP Ravindra Yadav said,“Investigations reveal that he had come to the country to export garments to Nigeria,but ran out of money,” Yadav said.
