SHOs of four key Chandigarh police stations among 7 Inspectors transferred

In a fresh administrative reshuffle within the Chandigarh Police Department on Friday, the Station House Officers (SHOs) of four key police stations — Cyber Crime Cell, Sector 19, Industrial Area, and IT Park — were transferred.

In total, seven Inspectors were reassigned new roles, as per the latest order issued by the police headquarters.

According to the order, Inspector Usha Rani, previously the SHO of Sector 19, was posted as the new SHO of IT Park Police Station. Inspector Sarita Rai, serving in the Computer Wing, was appointed as the new SHO of Sector 19.

The Traffic Inspector, Iram Rizvi, was given the charge of Cyber Crime Police Station, while Inspector Rohitash Yadav, who held that position, was transferred to the security wing.

Additionally, Inspector Satnam Singh, previously posted in the Traffic Wing, was appointed as the new SHO of Industrial Area police station.

Inspector Juldan Singh, former SHO of IT Park, was made in-charge of the Central Reserve Unit (CRU).

Furthermore, Inspector Sanjeev Kumar, stationed at the Police Lines, was transferred to the Security and Traffic Wings.
