Odisha cops issue public notice against ‘missing’ IPS officer

Odisha Police on Thursday issued a public notice after it could not establish contact with senior IPS officer NB Bharathi (55), who remained incommunicado and has not joined duty since past three years and was also found guilty for “misconduct” subsequently.
