Summer vacations for GSHSEB schools rescheduled

As per the officials, the changes have been made owing to deployment of teachers in various election duties for the General election across the state.

In view of the Lok Sabha election on May 7 in Gujarat, the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB) has rescheduled the summer vacations for all its affiliated schools in the state.

The earlier announced dates of summer vacation as per the academic calender 2023-24 was from May 6 till June 9.

This has been revised to May 9 till June 12.

All district education officers in the state have been issued directions to communicate the same in all affiliated schools.
