iBall has launched two new Windows 10 laptops in India. iBall's new laptop priced at Rs 9,999 could well be the cheapest Windows 10 laptop in the world. iBall CompBook Excelance and Exemplaire are running Microsoft Windows 10 Home but can also be configured with Windows 10 Pro version.
