Here's everything you need to make it
Grate all vegetables. Mix together all ingredients (except oil) and add a little water to make thick batter (about the consistency of idli batter) (Source: Ashima Goyal Siraj)
Heat a non-stick tava on high flame and add spoonful of batter on the hot tava (Source: Ashima Goyal Siraj)
Reduce heat to medium and spread the mix into circle using the back of the spoon (Source: Ashima Goyal Siraj)
Sprinke oil on all sides and on top. Cook for a couple of minutes till the under side is done (Source: Ashima Goyal Siraj)
When the cheela gives away easily from the under side, flip it over (Source: Ashima Goyal Siraj)
Flip and cool the other side for a minute or so till it has brown spots (Source: Ashima Goyal Siraj)
