The viewers of The Kapil Sharma Show will get to celebrate the Independence Day weekend with music composer duo Salim Merchant and Sulaiman Merchant. Salim-Sulaiman will croon their chartbusters on the show while revelling in the patriotic fervour. The shoot of The Kapil Sharma Show resumed after a long gap of 125 days. The show's first guest after resuming shoot was Bollywood actor Sonu Sood who shared his experience of helping migrant workers. Later, the team of SonyLIV's web series Avrodh: The Siege Within appeared on the show.
The Kapil Sharma Show airs every Saturday and Sunday at 9:30 pm on Sony TV.
