Apple launched its online store in India for consumers back in 2020 and the company has now expanded its service to SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises). From GST invoices to product training, Apple store online has now announced several new initiatives to support business customers. This comes just a few days after the company announced the launch of its very first physical Apple store in Mumbai, India.

With the launch of support for SMEs, businesses can now get purchase advice on Apple hardware via the dedicated business contact centre team. Similarly, Apple will also help business users to understand various security features such as Face ID and Touch ID.

On top of that, the company will also offer recommendations on apps for people at work. Businesses can now get GST invoices on purchases made online or over the phone.

Apple also allows businesses to order customised Macs and an option to engrave products like iPads, AirPods, AirTags or Apple Pencil for free. With up to six months of no-cost EMI plans to instant cashback for HDFC card users, new offers have been introduced with the launch of support for SMEs on the Apple store online in India. Similarly, businesses can now get Apple Care+ insurance directly from Apple, and the company also offers free delivery on all the products.
