Amazon today announced that it will be hosting its Prime Day sale from July 20 to July 21. The e-commerce platform said that brands like iQOO, Bajaj, Agaro, Crompton, Sony, Fossil, Motorola and BoAt will launch several new products across various categories.

While Amazon did not reveal Prime Day deals for the upcoming sale, the company said it will offer “previews and sneak peeks, as well as early deals on an extensive range of products.” Also, in order to avail the upcoming deals, users will need to be Prime members.

Last year’s Prime Day sale proved to be the biggest ever for the company in India, with 14 per cent more Prime members grabbing hundreds of thousands of deals compared to 2022.

As part of Prime Day 2024, Amazon is offering 10 per cent savings on payment using ICICI Bank credit/debit cards, SBI credit cards and EMI transactions. Also, all customers will be eligible for a 5 per cent instant discount on shopping.

While Prime members can sign up for an Amazon Pay ICICI Bank credit card and get welcome rewards of up to Rs 2,500, cashback of Rs 300 and rewards worth Rs 2,200, non-prime members will get Rs 200 cashback alongside rewards worth Rs 1,800 and a 3 month Prime membership.

For those not in the loop, Amazon offers different Prime membership plans that range from one month to a year. While the normal monthly, quarterly and annual Prime membership are priced at Rs 299, Rs 599 and Rs 1,499 respectively, Annual Prime Lite and Prime Shopping Edition plans can be purchased for Rs 799 and Rs 399.
