The meeting,held on the third floor conference room of the Ficci building,was packed with people,well beyond the capacity of the hall,rendering the air conditioning practically ineffective. So bad was the impact that Ficci secretary general A Didar Singh had to tender an apology to the minister for the ineffective AC.
