VILLUPURAM, August 2: The Collector of TN’s Villupuram district, Athulya Mishra, has started out on a 750-km `padayatra’ from Salamedu village. The padayatra is aimed at redressing the grievances of villagers on route. The Collector will traverse the rural areas by foot and cover the national highways in a vehicle.
