NEW DELHI, July 13: India’s Jeev Milkha Singh has left himself a huge mountain to climb in the second and final round of The Open Championships qualifying tomorrow. A disastrous triple bogey on the 14th hole of West Lancashire Golf Club in the north west of England put him in a spot. Jeev finished with a three over par 75, six shots off the lead. Five other players managed to shoot beneath the card with a further 33 still to finish their rounds, according to information received here.

Arjun Singh carded a five over 77 on the same layout as his more successful namesake, while Vivek Bhandari also fired a 77, but over the par 71.
