External Affairs Minister Yashwant Sinha on Tuesday left for Phnom Penh to attend the Xth session of the ASEAN Regional Forum starting Wednesday.
The session will be followed by a meeting of the ASEAN foreign ministers with the 10 associate members on Thursday. Sinha will also be staying back for the ministerial meeting of the Mekong-Ganga Cooperation Project on June 20 before flying to China to join Prime Minister A.B. Vajpayee’s delegation.
