A week after The Indian Express reported heavy vehicular traffic inside the Sariska Tiger Reserve even after the relocation of the tiger pair from Ranthambore, authorities in Sariska met on Saturday to discuss the issue.
“We held consultations on how to take the traffic regulation forward in Sariska,” said Rajasthan Chief Wildlife Warden RN Mehrotra. The forest staff met state transport authorities and the district administration to consult them on how to regulate devotee traffic that goes inside the core area to the Pandupole temple.
