NEW DELHI, March 3: President K R Narayanan is expected to wait until March 12 to explore which of the political groupings has the best chance of forming the government.
The President, therefore, will not be able to constitute the Lok Sabha before March 12, which means that Inder Kumar Gujral will continue to be Prime Minister till then.
