Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) will float a second IT services and solutions company in China, this time in a joint venture with Microsoft and three Chinese entities.
The joint venture company will serve the global market and also be a model for the Chinese software industry. TCS already has a fully-owned subsidiary in China.
